Distribution description	Xiphophorus helleri has expanded its area that was originally Mexico and Honduras to the Southern United States and has had viable populations in for instance Florida.

Notes on presence status	Introduced as aquarium species. Specimens are found on Aruba, but it remains uncertain if the species has established.
