Notes on presence status | Recorded as fossil from Aruba, Bonaire and Saba. A single sighting reported in the late 1980's from St. Maarten. Several sightings reported between 1970s and 2005 from Curaçao. Most recent sighting from Bonaire in 2018. Marine species are considered ubiquitous around the Dutch Caribbean by Macrae et al (2021), but this species has not been recorded yet on Sint Eustatius. |
